No Bake Granola Bar [1 Bar]

Ingredients:

Oats Flour: 60 grams
Dates: 80 grams
Peanuts:50 grams
Dark Chocolate: 50 grams

Nutritional Value:

Energy: 265kcal
Protein: 6.5 grams

Method:

  • Roast the peanuts & oats flour separately.
  • Soak the dates in warm for 15-20 mins.
  • Grind the dates & roasted peanuts to a smooth paste.
  • Mix the paste with the oats flour & form a dough.
  • Spread the mixture on a butter paper & cut it into squares/bars.
  • Melt the chocolate and pour it on the bars. Let them sit for 1 hours in a refrigerator.
