Apple Makhana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 10-15pcs roasted makhana
  • ½ small Katori peanuts
  • 2 cardamoms (elaichi)
  • 3-4 chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp-soaked chia seeds
  • 1 medium-sized chopped apple
  • Half chopped banana
  • 1 cup milk

Protein: 15 g

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients one by one except the chia seeds and blend them well. After the smoothie is ready add chia seeds.
