Apple Makhana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 10-15pcs roasted makhana
- ½ small Katori peanuts
- 2 cardamoms (elaichi)
- 3-4 chopped almonds
- 1 tsp-soaked chia seeds
- 1 medium-sized chopped apple
- Half chopped banana
- 1 cup milk

Method:
