Apple Curd Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Sliced apple
- ½ cup curd
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Method:
- Soak ½ tsp chia seeds in ¼ cup water. Keep it overnight.
- Take a normal size apple, peel it well and cut it into pieces
- In a food processor add curd, chopped apple and ice
- Blend it well, pour it into a bowl add overnight soaked chia seed (1/2 tsp)
- Enjoy it chilled.
