Besan vegetable chilla
Ingredients:
Besan – 100 gm
chopped onion – 30 gm
chopped tomato – 30 gm
Green chilli- 1
Ginger small piece
Cabbage- 25 gm
Carrot- 25 gm
Turmeric powder- 1⁄4 tsp
Chilli powder- 1⁄4 tsp
Coriander leaves- 30 gm chopped
Oil- 25 ml cup for roasting
Salt to taste – 1 tsp

Method:
- Take 1 cup besan add into 1 big bowl.
- the add chopped vegetables like onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage, green
- chili and chopped coriander leaves
- add grated ginger, turmeric, chili powder and salt to taste
- add water to make thick paste.
- Spread this paste on non-stick tawa like dosa.
- Roast the pancakes on both sides adding oil as required.
