Multigrain Thalipeeth

Ingredients:

1 cup jowar flour – 100 gm
gram flour – 25gm
wheat flour- 25 gm
bajra flour – 25gm
rice flour -25g
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 finely chopped chili
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp ajwain
2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
1 tsp oil – 5g
Water as required to make dough

Method:

  • Take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Make smooth and soft dough by adding water as needed.
  • On butter paper spread ½ tsp oil and grease it well.
  • Take a ball size dough, pat gently on a butter paper.
  • Make holes on the thin thalipeet by finger.
  • On a hot tawa peel gently, add oil as required.
  • Cover and cook, flip over, again cover and cook for 2 mins.
  • Cook well on both sides.
