Besan: 20grams Oats flour: 20grams Onion: 10grams Tomato: 10grams Coriander- 5-6 leaves Green chilli- ½ Turmeric powder- a pinch Salt- to taste Red chilli- a pinch Cumin powder- a pinch Oil- 1tsp

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except oil & add water to make a thin batter, avoid any lumps.
On a medium hot tawa/pan brush the oil and pour the batter.
Spread the batter lightly, to make cheela.
On a low to medium flame cook the chilla till the top begins to look cooked.
Continue to cook till the base gets light golden. Then flip. Cook both sides till golden brown.
Serve oats chilla with 2tsbp curd or 2tsp mint chutney.
