Besan oats chilla

Ingredients:

Besan: 20grams
Oats flour: 20grams
Onion: 10grams
Tomato: 10grams
Coriander- 5-6 leaves
Green chilli- ½
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Salt- to taste
Red chilli- a pinch
Cumin powder- a pinch 
Oil- 1tsp

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil & add water to make a thin batter, avoid any lumps.
  • On a medium hot tawa/pan brush the oil and pour the batter.
  • Spread the batter lightly, to make cheela.
  • On a low to medium flame cook the chilla till the top begins to look cooked.
  • Continue to cook till the base gets light golden. Then flip. Cook both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve oats chilla with 2tsbp curd or 2tsp mint chutney.
