Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 Katori ragi flour
  • ¼ katori rice flour
  • ½ katori suji (semolina)
  • ¼ katori dahi (curd)
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 chopped green chilli 
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Water as required.
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Take a big bowl, and add ragi flour, rice flour & semolina. 
  • Add some curd, chopped ginger, green chilli, cumin & salt.
  • Now add water & give it a mix. Give 10-15 rest.
  • After that, take the dosa pan, If the batter gets a little thick – you can add some water to adjust the consistency. 
  • Pour the batter into the center & immediately spread it.
  • Add 1 tsp oil on it & cook it slowly.
  • Flip the dosa, and cook it on both sides. Serve it with pudina chutney or sambhar.
