Ragi Dosa
Ingredients:
- 1 Katori ragi flour
- ¼ katori rice flour
- ½ katori suji (semolina)
- ¼ katori dahi (curd)
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Water as required.
- Salt to taste

Method:
- Take a big bowl, and add ragi flour, rice flour & semolina.
- Add some curd, chopped ginger, green chilli, cumin & salt.
- Now add water & give it a mix. Give 10-15 rest.
- After that, take the dosa pan, If the batter gets a little thick – you can add some water to adjust the consistency.
- Pour the batter into the center & immediately spread it.
- Add 1 tsp oil on it & cook it slowly.
- Flip the dosa, and cook it on both sides. Serve it with pudina chutney or sambhar.
