Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum
  • ½ cup sliced carrot
  • ½ cup broccoli floret
  • ¼ cup French beans
  • Salt & crushed black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp light soya sauce

Method:

  • Take a ski or wok, add 1 tbsp oil, and heat it on a medium flame.
  • Add garlic & fry until it gets a golden brown colour.
  • After that add all chopped vegetables & cook them for 3-4 min.
  • Then add salt, black pepper, chili flakes & soya sauce.
  • Mix them well & again cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Healthy & tasty veg stir fry is ready.
