Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- ½ cup chopped capsicum
- ½ cup sliced carrot
- ½ cup broccoli floret
- ¼ cup French beans
- Salt & crushed black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- ½ tsp light soya sauce

Method:
- Take a ski or wok, add 1 tbsp oil, and heat it on a medium flame.
- Add garlic & fry until it gets a golden brown colour.
- After that add all chopped vegetables & cook them for 3-4 min.
- Then add salt, black pepper, chili flakes & soya sauce.
- Mix them well & again cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Healthy & tasty veg stir fry is ready.
