Method:
Soak the dals and daliya in 1 cup water for 10-15 mins and then drain the water.
In a pressure cooker, pour the oil and add cumin seeds and let them pop.
Add the veggies and the spices to cook. Then add washed dals & daliya to the mixture.
Add 3 cups of water to the mixture and pressure cook for 3 whistles or till daliya cooks completely.
Once the steam is released, open the cooker and serve the khichdi with 1 katori curd/ 1 glass buttermilk.
