Yoghurt Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chopped Apple
  • 1 cup Pomegranate
  • 1 cup sliced Papaya
  • 1 tsp Roasted Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp roasted Sunflower seeds
  • 200ml curd

Energy: 200 kcal
Protein: 5.93 g

Method:

  • Take a bowl add yoghurt & all chopped fruits, and mix them well.
  • Add 1 tsp roasted seeds & mix them well again. 
  • Your tasty fruit yoghurt salad is ready
