Take a non-stick pan & heat it. Make sure you don’t overheat it, just heat it for about 30 sec on a low flame
When it is heated enough, add oil.
Now add crushed ginger, garlic cloves, chopped onion to the pan & mix these three ingredients.
Now cover the pan with a plate for about 45 sec on a low flame.
Now add chopped capsicum & mix well.
Now it’s time to add tomatoes, make sure that you add tomatoes at the last give it to a good mix & then cover the pan with a plate for about 1 min on a low flame.
Then add chopped tofu or you can also crushed it.
Now cover it with a plate for about 1 min & let it cook on a low flame.
Now add some spices like black pepper, salt & red chili powder.
Mix all the spices & cover it with a plate & let it cook for about 2 min on a low flame.
Your tasty Chilly tofu is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
