Grilled Lemon chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (boneless, skinless) – 200g
- Curd – 3 tbsp (45-50g)
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Coriander – 8-10 leaves
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Mustard oil – 2 tsp
- Dried oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste

Method:
- Prepare the marination by adding curd, spices, ginger garlic paste and chicken in the bowl, stir well ensuring it is well coated.
- Heat the mustard oil in the pan and add the oil to marination.
- Let mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably for a few hours.
- Take Grill pan – cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Garnish it with lemon juice and fresh coriander.
