Grilled Lemon chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (boneless, skinless) – 200g
  • Curd – 3 tbsp (45-50g)
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander – 8-10 leaves
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Mustard oil – 2 tsp
  • Dried oregano – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Method:

  1. Prepare the marination by adding curd, spices, ginger garlic paste and chicken in the bowl, stir well ensuring it is well coated.
  2. Heat the mustard oil in the pan and add the oil to marination.
  3. Let mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably for a few hours.
  4. Take Grill pan – cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  5. Garnish it with lemon juice and fresh coriander.
