Bajra onion muthias
Ingredients:
- Bajra flour – 1 cup,
- Onions chopped – 1 small
- Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder – as per taste
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds – ½ tablespoon
- Sesame seeds – ½ tablespoon
- Ginger-green chilli paste
- Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
- Salt and oil – as required

Method:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well and knead into a semi-soft dough
- Apply a little oil and shape into cylindrical
- Steam them for 10 to 12 minutes and cut into slices
- Heat the remaining oil in a nonstick pan and add the cumin seeds
- Shallow fry the pieces in oil and season with toasted sesame seeds
- Serve hot garnished with coriander
