Whole Wheat Chicken Dumplings
Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour – 60g
- Oil – 10ml
- Minced Chicken- 100g
- Minced onion – 50g
- Capsicum – 50g
- Carrot – 50g
- Ginger – 5g
- Coriander leaves – 8-10 leaves
- Salt according to taste

Method:
- Take a pan add 1 tsp of oil – add onion, garlic, ginger, mentioned vegetables and minced chicken, add salt according to taste let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Filling for dumplings is ready – transfer it to another plate and let it cook for a while.
- Meanwhile, knead whole wheat atta dough, add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp oil, and water. Knead soft dough and keep it aside for resting.
- Divide the dough in 7-8 equal portions, make small balls out of it, roll the balls in round shape.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the middle and using mold, shape the dumpling or you can gather all the sides together and pinch it.
- Grease the steaming plates with oil and let this steam for 20-30 minutes.
- Check if the outer dough is cooked and serve hot.
