Steamed chicken salad

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast – 200g
  • Onion -1 medium (150g)
  • Tomato -1 medium (120g)
  • Cucumber -1 (150g)
  • Spring Onion – 2 (15g)
  • Red Capsicum – 1 medium (100)
  • Yellow Capsicum – 1 medium (100g)
  • Coriander – 7-8 leaves

Dressing

  • Hung curd – 1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Bay leaf -1
  • Salt – Acc to taste
  • Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice -1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken breast, cut into small pcs and put in pressure cooker
    add ginger garlic paste, bay leaf and cook it for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Chop all the vegetables mentioned above in your desired shape.
    To Prepare Dressing:
  3. Take a small jar/box – add 1 tbsp of Hung curd, salt, black pepper, lemon
    juice, 1 tsp olive olive/
  4. Shake it well to prepare a good dressing.
  5. In a bowl assemble cooked chicken and vegetables. Pour dressing over it
    according to your taste.
