Steamed chicken salad
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breast – 200g
- Onion -1 medium (150g)
- Tomato -1 medium (120g)
- Cucumber -1 (150g)
- Spring Onion – 2 (15g)
- Red Capsicum – 1 medium (100)
- Yellow Capsicum – 1 medium (100g)
- Coriander – 7-8 leaves
Dressing
- Hung curd – 1 tbsp
- Olive Oil – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
- Bay leaf -1
- Salt – Acc to taste
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice -1/2 tsp

Method:
- Wash the chicken breast, cut into small pcs and put in pressure cooker
add ginger garlic paste, bay leaf and cook it for 10-15 minutes. - Chop all the vegetables mentioned above in your desired shape.
To Prepare Dressing: - Take a small jar/box – add 1 tbsp of Hung curd, salt, black pepper, lemon
juice, 1 tsp olive olive/ - Shake it well to prepare a good dressing.
- In a bowl assemble cooked chicken and vegetables. Pour dressing over it
according to your taste.
