Spinach-boiled Egg Roll

For the roti:
- 1 multigrain roti (made from whole wheat + millet flour)
For the stuffing:
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tbsp chopped tomato (seeds removed)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- A pinch of turmeric
- A small amount of salt
- A few drops of lemon juice

முறை:
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent
- Add spinach and cook until wilted
- Turn off the heat and mix in chopped boiled eggs
- Add turmeric, pepper, salt, flaxseed, and lemon juice. Mix gently
- Warm the multigrain roti
- Place the spinach-egg mixture in the centre and fold into a wrap
- Serve warm with yogurt, if desired
