Baked chicken quesadillas

ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (13 gm each)
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • ½ cup chilli sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 6 whole-wheat roti (8 inches each)
  • 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheese
  • Cooking oil spray

ପ୍ରଦ୍ଧତି:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
  • Sauté cubed chicken and onions in a nonstick pan for 5–7 minutes until cooked through; remove from heat and mix in tomatoes, and coriander
  • Place about ½ cup of the chicken mixture and a spoonful of cheese on each roti, fold in half, and press edges to seal
  • Arrange on baking sheet, lightly spray tops with cooking spray
  • Bake for 5–7 minutes until lightly browned and crispy; cut in half and serve immediately
