Take a pan add 1 tsp of oil – add onion, garlic, ginger, mentioned vegetables and minced chicken, add salt according to taste let it cook for 15 minutes.
Filling for dumplings is ready – transfer it to another plate and let it cook for a while.
Meanwhile, knead whole wheat atta dough, add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp oil, and water. Knead soft dough and keep it aside for resting.
Divide the dough in 7-8 equal portions, make small balls out of it, roll the balls in round shape.
Place a spoonful of filling in the middle and using mold, shape the dumpling or you can gather all the sides together and pinch it.
Grease the steaming plates with oil and let this steam for 20-30 minutes.
