Mixed bean salad

साहित्य:

  • 1 cup french beans (boiled)
  • 1 cup kidney beans (boiled)
  • 1 cup chickpea (boiled)
  • ¼ cup chopped white onion
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon bhuna jeera

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the beans and chopped white onion. Mix gently to combine evenly
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the orange juice. Add sugar substitute if desired and mix until dissolved
  • Add salt, pepper and jeera to the mixture
  • Pour the dressing over the bean mixture. Toss gently until all the beans are evenly coated.
  • Let the salad stand for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to blend
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature
