Add soaked millet and 200ml water to a pressure cooker and cook it on a medium flame for 3 whistles.
Once the millets are cooked, let it rest for some time before adding curd.
Now add curd chopped veggies and salt to the cooked millet and mix well.
For tempering, in a hot pan add oil, mustard seeds, chili, curry leaves and sauté for a minute. Pour the tempering into the millet curd mixture and combine well.
