Baked chicken quesadillas
ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳು:
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 ಕಪ್ ನೀರು
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups whole-wheat flour
- ⅓ cup jaggery
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt

ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ:
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, water, honey, eggs, pumpkin puree, oil, and vanilla
- In another bowl, mix whole-wheat flour, jaggery, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until well combined
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray
- Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form and edges brown slightly
- Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked
