Chicken Brown Rice Vegetable Soup

સામગ્રીઃ

  • Chicken (lean pieces): 50 g
  • Brown rice: 15 g
  • Carrot: 15 g, finely chopped
  • Sweetcorn: 20 g
  • Onion: 15 g, finely chopped
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Water: 4 cups

પદ્ધતિઃ

  • Add chicken pieces and water to a large pot and bring to a boil
  • Reduce the flame and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked
  • Remove the chicken pieces and set aside to cool
  • Add chopped carrot, sweetcorn and onion to the broth and cook until half tender
  • Add washed brown rice and cook on a low flame until the rice is completely soft
  • Shred the cooked chicken and add it back to the soup
  • Simmer for 1 minute, until heated through
  • Season with salt and black pepper, and serve hot
