Boiled Eggs with Guacamole
Ingredients:
- Avocado – ½ piece
- Onion [diced] – 50 gm
- Tomatoes [halved] – 50 gm
- Capsicum [chopped] – 50 gm
- Egg white [boiled] – 2 nos. (30gm)
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Jalapeno – minced (20g)
- Basil leaves [chopped] – 1 tsp

Method:
- Boil the Eggs for 10 minutes. Peel and scoop out the yellow portions and keep it aside.
- Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes Jalapenos, salt pepper and squeeze fresh lemon. Mix with a fork, until the avocado is mashed, and the ingredients are combined.
- Replace the yellow portion with Guacamole dip. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
