Baked chicken quesadillas

উপকরণ:

  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt

  • In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, water, honey, eggs, pumpkin puree, oil, and vanilla
  • In another bowl, mix whole-wheat flour, jaggery, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
  • Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and whisk until well combined
  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray
  • Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form and edges brown slightly
  • Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully cooked
