Grilled mango chutney
উপকরণ:
- 1 slightly ripe raw mango, peeled and seed removed
- ¼ cup jaggery
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper (capsicum)
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- ½ teaspoon dry ginger powder
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon finely chopped fresh coriander

পদ্ধতি:
- Place a grill rack over gas burner and place the peeled mango on the grill rack, about 4–6 inches from the heat source
- Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, until slightly browned and softened.
- Remove the mango and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Chop into small chunks
- Transfer the chopped mango to a bowl. Add sugar, red onion, lemon juice, green bell pepper, fresh ginger, ground ginger, ground cloves, and coriander
- Mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour, allowing the sugar to dissolve and flavours to blend
- Serve chilled as a relish with any main course dish
