Mixed bean salad

- 1 cup french beans (boiled)
- 1 cup kidney beans (boiled)
- 1 cup chickpea (boiled)
- ¼ cup chopped white onion
- ¼ cup orange juice
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon bhuna jeera

- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the beans and chopped white onion. Mix gently to combine evenly
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the orange juice. Add sugar substitute if desired and mix until dissolved
- Add salt, pepper and jeera to the mixture
- Pour the dressing over the bean mixture. Toss gently until all the beans are evenly coated.
- Let the salad stand for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to blend
- Serve chilled or at room temperature
